July 4, Luna Park, St Kilda, Australia

...

Wednesday update.

Comment Problems.

Blogger has been eating comments. Sorry about that folks. I have complained to Google and I'm sure this will be fixed soon, as per their track record of fast and efficient response. Yes. I am being sarcastic.

Well its snowing in Luna Park. Elsewhere in Victoria you need to drive up to Mt Hotham.

As for the penguins...we've been lucky enough to see the penguins many times on St Kilda pier. Cute little buggers they are too.

Up in one of the ski resorts in Victoria they do have "Christmas in July" fair but one Christmas a year is enough for me.

Yeah the excitement was real. That's the first time Sophie's seen snow since we left Denver.

I bet it doesn't, and I bet Christmas doesn't feel like Christmas either.

(BTW, I just started The Lighthouse War..I love The Monkees references. And Davy Jones could afford to just stand there like an idiot with a tambourine, he had a nice accent, that's all he needed ;) )

She seems like a great kid to have around.

(on another note, I just started The Lighthouse War, and I gotta say, I love The Monkees references. And, Davy Jones could afford to just stand there looking like an idiot with a tambourine...he had a cool accent, back then, that's all he needed ;) )

Penguins, you say? Looked like a Holy Family to me.

I guess blogger is disappearing comments again.

Thank you Google, I will definitely trust you with my travel arrangements.

I'm actually from Melbourne, but have been away for so long, it wouldn't have surprised me if it was snowing in the city!

Snowing in Luna Park is still pretty special!

These problems with comments keep getting worse and worse. I have a feeling Google is a victim of its own success, or else is finding expedient to devote resources to more profitable parts of its business.

Good thing Blogger's crack customer-support team is on the case, answering users' questions and keeping them abreast of efforts to fix the problem.

V-word: cringele. No Cris, though.
